Thales Services Numériques(TSN) works on outsourcing operations for more than sixty costumers. Messaging and database integrator provide new database environment to customer regarding their needs and support to applicative team member regarding configuration and communication between database and application

Database Admin provide new database environment to customer regarding their needs You should work in an agile team as an active member able to manage all kinds of database from SQL to no SQL database from Linux to windows operating system.

• Database installations: install and configure or upgrade database and provide associated documentation

• Issues analysis in the build phase

• Provide authentication information to applicative integrator

• Provide technical expertise, technology watch.

• Automation of deployments / Devops technologies

• Repeating tasks automation

• Continuously improve and write procedures / reflex sheets for supervision and operation teams

• Do you know ITIL processes and the Agile methodology?

Required competencies / experience:

• Database : Cassandra, Apache Cassandra, Oracle, Kafka, Java, MariaDB, MongoDB, SQL server, Postgre Elastic Search…

• Ability to estimate workload & detect platform needs

• Agile methodology

• Issues analysis in the build phase

• Provide technical expertise, technology watch.

• Web oriented application installation and configuration : Apache, IIS, Nginx, Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic, HAProxy, Certificate management …

Requested competencies / experience:

• General knowledge on Linux OS, Windows and web application

• ITIL concepts

• Agile methodology

• English fluent

• Virtualization knowledge : Docker, Vmware

• Network contexts Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalling, VLAN, VPN…)

• Applications installations: install or upgrade applications and provide associated documentation

Mobility :

• Could travel to France depending the project requirements
