(SENIOR) DATA TRANSFORMATION LEAD

to join Finnair’sDigital Enterpriseteam inDigitalUnitDigitalEnterpriseteamplaysa crucial role in supporting Finnair’s Finance & Procurement, People & Culture and other Group Functionsas well asdrivesData and AI transformation forward Finnair wide.

As a(Senior) Data Transformation Lead , you will play a key role in turning our Data & AI ambition intoreal, measurable business impact. While domain-specific data and analytics teams work close to the business and own usecase delivery, this role focuses on driving enterprise-wide change,alignmentand adoption—ensuring data and AI truly transform how we work and make decisions

Your tasksinclude but are not limited to:

  • Lead the overall Data Transformation, ensuringdata and AIstrategy is consistently translated into actionable development items together with key stakeholders across theorganizationfor example through structured agile planning andprioritization.

  • Lead the Data program as Program Manager, driving cross-domain alignment and translating strategic priorities into coordinated execution and measurable outcomes, including ownership of the overall program business case

  • Strengthen the data foundation, ensuring alignment between use case development and underlying data capabilities(e.g.data architecture, availability, quality, and reusability).

  • Drive cross-domain alignment and ways of working,facilitatingcollaboration between business, data, and technology teams and embedding consistent delivery andprioritisationpractices.

Required skills: 

  • Several years of experience delivering datadriven solutions, with a strong understanding of modern data and analytics platforms and architectures, including cloud-basedplatforms preferably Snowflake.

  • Strong experience in enterprise transformation, data-drivenchangeor digital transformation, ideally in a complex, multi-domain environment.

  • Storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to explain the value of data in a clear, engaging and business-relevant way.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and work with diverse teams

  • Master’sdegree in a relevant field (e.g.data,information technology, engineering, business, or equivalent).
