Job Description

About the Role
You will deliver insights and predictive models that directly impact investment, portfolio, and operational decisions. As the lead scientist in the new data squad, you’ll combine analytics and machine learning to generate high-value business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver analytics dashboards and insights to stakeholders.
  • Build prototypes of predictive and forecasting models for business use cases.
  • Partner with product managers and business leaders to define priorities.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Establish standards for model development, validation, and monitoring.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years in data science or advanced analytics roles.
  • Strong skills in SQL, visualization, and a general-purpose programming language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Experience developing and deploying predictive models into production.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and model lifecycle management is a plus.
