Job Description

We are expanding our team and are currently looking for Senior Python Developers / Data Scientists to work on a range of innovative tools that help banks automate their business processes and make data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy high-quality Python-based solutions — from backend services and APIs to machine learning models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, optimize performance, and deliver scalable, intelligent applications.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code.
• Design and implement scalable server-side logic and APIs.
• Develop and integrate data-driven applications, including machine learning components.
• Debug and maintain existing software, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to develop new features.
• Integrate applications with third-party web services and APIs.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Python Developer and/or Data Scientist
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments and REST APIs.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, especially in supervised learning (e.g. KNN, Decision Trees, SVM, LightFM).
• Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly) is a plus.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and the AngularJS framework is an advantage.
• Understanding of object-relational mapping (ORM)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Awareness of multi-tenant systems, secure coding practices, and authentication/authorization.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
