Join PwC’s Data & AI Consulting team as an AI Senior Manager – Data Scientist, whereyou’llleadand collaborate onthe development and deployment of advanced machine learning(ML)and AI solutions thatempower and enablemeaningful client outcomesfor their business.

In this role,you’llwork within Azure or Databricks environments to deliver scalable analytics platforms and data-driven strategies that support digital transformation initiatives.You’llcollaborate acrossteams to shape AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and accelerate innovation for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategicallylead end-to-end delivery of complexAIprojects across multiple business unitsensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards

• Drive strategic AI initiatives and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide AI capabilities.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders toidentifyhigh-impact opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

• Nurture, develop and guide inshaping a high-performing team focused on advancing AI capabilities

• Overseeand supportproject portfolios, manage budgets, and ensuretimelydelivery of AI solutions.

• Represent the AI function in leadership forums and contribute to thought leadership through publications, presentations, or external engagements.

As a Manager in PwC, you willbe encouraged to-

• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and academic institutions to stay ahead of emerging AI trends.

• Support business development byidentifyingAI opportunities and contributing totenderproposals and pitches.

• Establish and promote best practices for data science workflows, reproducibility, and collaboration.

Background and Experience / Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.

• A solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting,analysing, transformingdataand evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.

• Proventrack recordof delivering AI solutions using Azure ML, Databricks, and MLOpspipelines

• Proficient in working with Azure services. Other cloud platforms like AWSalsopreferred.

• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL,and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

• Experience in any aspects of the data analytics lifecycle, for example: Data Strategy, ETL, Data Analysisand visualization

• Familiarity with AutoMLplatforms(e.g., AzureAutoML) and feature engineering tools

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.

• A deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them.

StandoutQualification

• Master’s degree (PhD preferred)in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on applied machine learning, automation, or intelligent systems.
