About the role:

Redcare Pharmacy is expanding its business activities and is looking for a dedicated and experienced Data Scientist (m/f/d) for the Commercial Operations department. If you're passionate about turning millions of data points into powerful business insights and want to shape the future of one of Europe's leading online pharmacies — this is your chance to make a real impact.

About your Tasks

• Act as a contact point for CRM and marketing data topics and support stakeholder needs end-to-end
• Perform data and business analytics, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and campaign evaluation
• Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting structures, and automated reports (R/Python, Excel)
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for commercial teams
• Ensure transparent stakeholder communication and close collaboration with CRM and Commercial teams
• Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure and tools (e.g. Azure/Databricks/dbt)

Qualifications

About you:

• You bring solid experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics, ideally in a commercial or e-commerce environment
• You are confident working with Python, R, SQL, and have experience with reporting and data pipelines
• You enjoy working closely with stakeholders and acting as a reliable, transparent communication partner
• You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into business impact
• Experience with CRM or marketing analytics is a strong plus; exposure to tools like Azure/Databricks is beneficial
• A background in psychology, biology, or a related analytical field, as well as German language skills, are a plus
