About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist focused on growth, you’ll be pivotal in shaping and implementing the strategic vision for growth marketing at Thistle. You’ll apply analysis, modeling, and experimentation to drive efficient spend allocation locally by channel and globally across our entire portfolio, leading the charge to expand our customer base and enhance brand equity. You’ll help us think holistically about the impact of promotional events, creative design, targeting strategy, and more, driving a shared understanding of performance that optimizes for long-run business health.
How You’ll Make a Difference
Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with Thistle's business objectives and brand values.

Clearly communicate insights to executive leadership and other stakeholders, facilitating a shared understanding of performance while surfacing actionable, data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with senior leadership to determine appropriate key metrics, performance goals, and budgets. Allocate long-run marketing spend by appropriately forecasting the impact of seasonality, geographic expansion, and other business factors.
