The (Senior) Data Scientist joins the People Analytics & Data Science team on a fixed-term maternity cover, focusing on delivering Data Science, AI and Automations based on people data. The role is project-based rather than product-focused and is responsible for translating complex business questions into analytical models, AI-driven insights and scalable automations.

Start date May 2026 – December 2027

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Data Science projects across People / HR domains, from problem framing through modeling, insight generation and automation.

  • Design,buildandmaintainData Science models using Python and Snowflake as the primary analytical platform.

  • Develop AI-enabled solutions and Automations to scale recurring analytics, reporting and operational workflows.

  • Own end-to-end analytical delivery, ensuring high data quality,reliabilityand reproducibility.

  • Ensure responsible,ethicaland compliant use of sensitivepeopledata

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working with SnowflakeSQL/Python/Tableau.

  • Experience delivering Data Science,AIand Automation solutions in a business analytics context.

  • Ability to work independently and manage analyticalprojectsend to end.

  • Experience working with sensitive or confidential data sets.
