Job Description

About Zaden Technologies, Inc.

Join Zaden Technologies on our mission to simplify the delivery and improve the utility of software products for our customers. At Zaden, we believe that our employees are our greatest assets. We hire the right candidates with the right skill sets who fit our culture of customer obsession, innovation, and continuous learning. We are our customer’s biggest advocate and we are looking for like-minded individuals who encompass these same ideals. It is important to us to offer you competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with opportunities that match your life and propel your career!

Zaden Technologies is hiring a Senior Data Scientist / Analysis Lead to lead the independent analysis function on a ground data processing modernization effort supporting a national security space mission. As legacy applications move from bare-metal systems into a modern on-prem cloud environment, you'll prove — with data — that each modernized application does no harm, validating performance, timing, and output equivalence against the legacy baseline. Rather than a manual test bench, you'll build this proof as an automated, repeatable capability. This is a full-time, on-site position in Aurora, CO, with an anticipated start of January 2027.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and run baseline captures on legacy applications (outputs, timing, resource envelopes) and replay-based comparisons against modernized builds
  • Build automated analysis pipelines that diff telemetry and generate per-application, per-release performance and regression reports
  • Define the metrics, acceptance thresholds, and evidence standards used to accept each migrated application
  • Present independent findings to program leadership and stakeholders with clear, defensible data
  • Mentor supporting data engineers and test automation engineers as the analysis team grows

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, or current TS/SCI eligibility, and U.S. citizenship
  • 7+ years in data science, quantitative analysis, or test and evaluation for complex software or mission systems
  • Strong Python and data engineering skills (pandas or similar, SQL, data pipelines) and statistics fundamentals
  • Experience analyzing system or software performance data (latency, throughput, resource utilization) and automating that analysis
  • Ability to work independently as a trusted verification voice on a multi-company team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IV&V, independent assessment, or test and evaluation background on DoD programs
  • Experience with containerized environments and CI/CD-produced builds
  • Physics, signal processing, or sensor data background

What we offer

  • Robust startup environment with a variety of projects to work on
  • Growth paths and endless opportunities to learn and develop
  • Paid holidays and flexible paid time off
  • Employer contributions toward 401k
  • 50% coverage of health insurance for employees and their dependents

About Zaden Technologies, Inc.

Zaden Technologies builds AI and cloud products that help regulated organizations ship secure, reliable software faster. The portfolio includes Olympus, a secure software‑factory and infrastructure‑automation stack for cloud, on‑prem, and air‑gapped environments; Icarus, an AI‑enabled Model‑Based Systems Engineering platform that transforms technical documentation into system models aligned to SysML v2; Vulcan, an AI code‑modernization engine that converts and containerizes legacy code; and Heimdall, an AI‑driven cyber analytics platform for anomaly detection and automated response.

Zaden also delivers services—Software Modernization, Digital Transformation, and Intelligence Augmentation (AI/ML)—to accelerate outcomes and de‑risk large programs.

Who we serve: aerospace & defense, automotive OEMs and suppliers, financial services, healthcare, public sector, and critical infrastructure.

Why partners choose Zaden: secure‑by‑design DevSecOps practices, deployment in restricted or disconnected (air‑gapped) networks, interoperability with enterprise cloud stacks, and a services↔product flywheel—customer problems inform product roadmaps, while products differentiate bids and improve margins.

Products:

• Olympus — Secure software factory & infrastructure automation for cloud/on‑prem/air‑gapped deployments.

• Icarus — AI‑enabled MBSE that converts documentation into system models (SysML v2) and speeds verification.

• Vulcan — AI code‑modernization (convert, containerize, accelerate migration of legacy codebases).

• Heimdall — AI cyber analytics with anomaly detection and automated response.

Let’s build resilient, data‑driven systems together. Contact us for a pilot or demo.
