We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic and cross-functional team. As a Senior Data Scientist at Northmill, you will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, fellow Data Scientists, Analysts, and key business stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities and leverage data-driven insights that will drive our business forward. Your primary focus will be on leading data science initiatives across various areas of the bank.
In this holistic role, you will be a part of the entire model lifecycle, from data collection and preparation to implementation. You will work closely with Data Engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data, as well as with Analysts and business leaders to ensure that your models are effectively applied and communicated across the business. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the future of our fintech bank, and your work will have a direct impact on our success.
The ideal fit should have experience in statistical modeling and machine learning, from the financial sector, combined with strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder communication, and a prestigeless, collaborative spirit.
