Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist within the R&D Digital Transformation team, you will apply advanced data science, Machine Learning, and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence to Project Management Office (PMO), engineering, and core business processes. Your mission is to transform raw business, project, and engineering data into reliable datasets, analytical models, actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Collect, profile, cleanse, and transform structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from diverse corporate streams into high-quality datasets
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to identify business trends, correlations, anomalies, and performance drivers
• Design, develop, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and intelligent business process support
• Develop Generative AI use cases, including custom prompting, text summarization, document analysis, question-answering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Architect advanced agentic AI systems featuring multi-step reasoning, tool integration, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop validation
• Translate complex data insights into visual stories by building interactive dashboards, visual reports, and prototypes in Looker / Looker Studio
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, PMO managers, and engineering teams to translate operational bottlenecks and business needs into concrete data science use cases
• Partner with IS/IT and platform teams to manage data access, secure enterprise deployments, and consume existing APIs or connectors while respecting security constraints
• Generate rigorous technical documentation, including data quality assessments, validation reports (covering model limitations and assumptions), and comprehensive reversibility packages (source code, notebooks, and prompt configurations)

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, prototyping, and end-to-end AI development
• Strong SQL skills with documented experience querying and exploiting massive datasets within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
• Proven ability to build business-facing reports and interactive dashboards using Looker / Looker Studio or equivalent tools
• Deep hands-on and conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Gemini platforms, prompt evaluation, NLP, and Agentic workflows (chaining and tool usage)
• Solid grounding in classical statistical methods, experimental analysis, and an awareness of Reinforcement Learning principles for optimization
• Familiarity with usage-level IAM and security principles within secured enterprise cloud environments
• Strong business acumen regarding project management metrics, including KPI follow-ups, workload/performance analysis, and risk tracking
• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical outputs, assumptions, and technical limitations to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies to ensure iterative, value-driven delivery.
• Strict adherence to data compliance, demonstrating a strong awareness of GDPR, data protection principles, and enterprise information security policies regarding restricted corporate data
