You will join the tribe Enterprise Content & Automation with the focus on content analytics. As an NLP data scientist/ML engineer, you translate business needs into technical solutions by preprocessing and analyzing data, building machine learning models, and deploying text and image-based systems that automate workflows and extract insights from large unstructured datasets.

Roles and responsibilities
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

Start the day with a team stand-up to discuss progress and blockers across multiple ML projects, ranging from prototyping to production
Prepare a presentation for a new onboarder, explaining how the latest model will transform a key business process
Address a failing unit test in a CI/CD pipeline by coordinating a quick fix to restore stability
Monitor deployed models after lunch, reviewing SLIs/SLOs and resolving data quality or performance issues
Balance hands-on development and data analysis with clear communication to both technical and business stakeholders throughout the day

Build a strong understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from prototyping through production and monitoring
Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience
Take ownership of model quality in production by proactively monitoring SLIs/SLOs and data health
Be comfortable switching between hands-on development, debugging, and analysis as priorities change
Collaborate effectively with teammates to unblock issues quickly, especially in CI/CD and deployment workflows
Continuously learn and improve, staying current with ML, MLOps, and platform best practices
