Senior Data Scientist

We are now looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Science & Analytics team in Global IT — someone who can not only deliver high‑quality models and insights but also serve as the primary bridge between our business stakeholders in Denmark and our data science capabilities.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play an active role in shaping and influencing data-driven decision-making, partnering with operational and strategic stakeholders, and ensuring that complex analytical solutions create measurable business value. You will work closely together with data scientists and machine learning engineers in projects such as:
The team
You will become part of the Data Science & Analytics team within the Data, Analytics & AI space in the Global IT department. We work on multiple initiatives for various business units, with tasks around delivering data analysis and insights, modelling of complex data sources, and research and implementation of machine learning and deep learning models for tasks such as time-series forecasting, image recognition, or natural language processing, amongst others.
We are curious about the latest developments in our space, and therefore actively encourage everyone to have an innovative mindset and propose their ideas for further incubation.
In this senior role, you will help guide technical direction, contribute to innovation efforts, and ensure alignment between the business needs and our broader Data Science roadmap.
Specific tasks
About you
You are a passionate, detail-oriented, and experienced data scientist with a knack for uncovering insights from data, thriving in a collaborative environment and always eager to learn and apply new technologies. With a strong analytical mindset, you enjoy solving complex problems and your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
