•Design, implement and automate data solutions based on business and technical requirements
•Build internal Python packages for automation and standardisation of manual analytics tasks
•Build MLOps pipelines and integrate solutions into existing processes
•Engage in data extraction, manipulation, and visualization.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance analytics capabilities
•Operationalizeexisting models pipeline to improve efficiency.
• MSc/PhD in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or another scientific field
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of R is optional but preferred
• Experience with packaging (Python), code versioning (Git), and MLOps, including deployment, automation, and code documentation
• Expertise in solution design, requirement engineering, and business collaboration, including stakeholder management
• Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
