What You’ll Do:Development and implementation of advanced data models to extract insights from complex datasets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise data-driven solutions for service optimization.Conduct experiments and analyses to enhance service predictions and outcomes.Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data insights into clear, understandable concepts.Mentor junior data scientists and foster a collaborative team environment.
What We’re Looking For:5+ experience as a Senior Data Scientist, with a focus on AI-driven environments.Hand on technical experience in RAG, LLMs, NLP, BERT, and GenAIStrong coding skills in Python is mustExpertise in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Python,SQL).Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.Strong familiarity with both structured and unstructured data sources.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation, with a proven track record of leading projects to success.
Tools & Technologies Requirement:Programming: Python, SQL, PyTorch, TensorFlow NLP/LLM: Hugging Face, Transformers, BERT, GPT models, LangChain, LlamaIndex RAG: Vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma), embeddings, retrievers Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure MLOps: MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn
