About The Position
The core of our real estate tech ecosystem is the products that we build and the data that powers
them. With a large number of products and business functions in place, data flows massively into our
backend. Transactions, click events, uploads, updates, geospatial events, etc. flows in the system in
large volumes and varieties.
AI & Machine Learning powers a large section of our Product and Technology workloads. From broker
ban to pricing, image processing to geospatial intelligence, speech processing to language models - a
large number of ML solutions power some of the core aspects of our business. Right from inception we
have had Applied ML in production, meeting our core value proposition. We have some of the best in
class models with respect to listing sanity, recommendations, computer vision, speech recognition and
natural language processing
As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be building the next generation data intel for the largest C2C real
estate platform in the country. You will work with Data Scientists to undertake research, development,
testing and release of valuable ML models and Heuristic algorithms powered by data. You will work
with Product Managers and other stakeholders to formulate and solve business problems with the
power of data.
What will you do?
● Work with a team of ML Engineers to solve business problems with data centric solutions
● Formulate business and technical problems in terms of Machine Learning.
● Contribute in the research & development of models across various domains - such as speech,
images & text.
● Contribute in LoRa fine tunings & creating RAGs for LLMs in colloquial languages.
● Build consumer & enterprise scale applications for speech & language models.
● Take part in validation, monitoring, reporting, maintenance, deployment & upgradation of
existing ML models & heuristic algorithms in production
● Manage end to end ML life cycle from Experimentation, Analysis, Modeling & Productionizing
of relevant workloads
● Take part in Planning, Development & Execution of team projects with respect to research as
well as development.
What will you bring?
Strong quantitative aptitude and technical knowledge in the field of Applied AI & LLMs
Strong programming skills
Excellent knowledge in theoretical and applied ML including LLMs
Relevant track record/ academic excellence in the field of ML with exposure to working with
consumer scale ML applications.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, define requirements, formulate and implement
technical solutions
Ability to communicate, guide and mentor a team of ML Engineers & Data Scientists
Creative, collaborative, design thinking and product-focused
Expected to perform well in a fast-paced environment, to execute on the tasks assigned, to meet
the production deadlines, and, at the same time, to explore independently new innovative ideas
that can improve and transform the product experience of our customers.
