The Senior Data Scientist develops and applies predictive and generative AI models to improve commercial performance and customer experience, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing solutions such as chatbots and voice-bots. The role involves scaling existing initiatives using advanced techniques like RAG, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn proof of concepts into production-ready systems, and translating complex data insights into business value, all within a dynamic and international environment.

The Senior Data Scientist will be in the Data Science team, which is a part of the Information Technology department (IT). We have a diverse team with people from 5 continents! You will work with non-technical customers and technical colleagues. The departments where you will be working with are the end-users of the models (B2C, B2B, Finance or Technology). From the very beginning our models and processes are designed to go to production.


This is you

• Master (WO) degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science

• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, data science and telecom

• Knowledge of GenAI: LLM (essential) and text2image (nice2have)

• Knowledge of Agentic AI, vector Databases, RAG systems, chunking methods

• Knowledge of at least one of the popular LLM frameworks: Langraph, Langchain, Llamaindex, AutoGen, and PydanticAI

• Knowledge of building and deploying AI solutions (using Python, API, MCP, SQL and Git is essential; Docker, Github Runners and Airflow are a nice to have)

• Knowledge of how to deploy solutions on AWS and on-prem

• 3-6 years’ experience as (Senior) Data Scientist
