Your Contribution:
As a Data Quality Engineer, you will own data and code quality for our pharmaceutical data platform. You will define and automate quality KPIs, monitor and improve a human‑in‑the‑loop data processing pipeline, and make trends visible to stakeholders as we migrate a legacy system to a modern, future‑proof stack.
Join a collaborative team of passionate developers migrating our legacy pharmaceutical data management system to a cutting‑edge technology stack
Improve and maintain an automated test environment for use‑case and data‑driven test cases (unit, integration, end‑to‑end, acceptance)
Define, implement, and automate data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, consistency) and publish them via dashboards
Emphasize reporting: produce clear, actionable data quality metrics and code coverage reports; make trends visible to stakeholders
Generate and surface code coverage reports
Track data quality using tools like Grafana
Perform data validation and profiling using SQL and database queries
collaborate with the team to improve data quality controls
What You Bring Along:
5+ years experience as a Data Quality Engineer or similar role
Strong, hands on expertise in Python
Strong SQL and relational database skills for data validation and profiling
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Acquainted with working in agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
Definition and phrasing of test criteria that matters and are measurable
Proficiency of English language (C1 level)
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Experience with Argo CD/Argo Workflows
