Job Description

Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data platform projects from planning through implementation.
• 
  Manage cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
• 
  Coordinate implementation of modern data platforms and data management solutions.
• 
  Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while ensuring successful execution.
• 
  Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project delivery using Agile methodologies.
• 
  Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize deliverables.
• 
  Ensure projects follow enterprise governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
• 
  Drive communication across leadership teams and provide regular project status updates.
• 
  Support continuous process improvement and adoption of data engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 
  7+ years of Technical Project Management experience delivering enterprise data initiatives.
• 
  Proven experience leading cloud data platform implementation projects.
• 
  Strong understanding of:
  • 
    Data Warehousing
  • 
    Data Lake / Lakehouse Architecture
  • 
    Data Engineering concepts
  • 
    ETL / ELT processes
• 
  Experience managing Agile software development projects.
• 
  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and complex project dependencies.

Preferred Technical Experience

Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

  Snowflake
• 
  Palantir Foundry
• 
  Ataccama
• 
  Modern Cloud Data Platforms
• 
  Enterprise Data Governance
• 
  ETL / ELT Development

Preferred Industry Background

Experience supporting enterprise organizations within highly regulated industries, such as:
