KATBOTZ LLC
is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Data Migration / Data Conversion Consultant
to lead data migration strategies and execution for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, secure, and efficient migration of legacy data into SAP S/4HANA and related systems, while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to maintain data integrity.

• 
  Lead the
  end-to-end data migration lifecycle
  including strategy, planning, extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and load.
• 
  Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define
  data objects, mapping, and business rules
  .
• 
  Design and implement
  ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  using SAP and non-SAP tools.
• 
  Execute data migration using
  SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, LTMC, or other ETL tools
  .
• 
  Ensure
  data quality, governance, and reconciliation
  throughout the migration process.
• 
  Work closely with business users for
  data validation, testing, and sign-offs
  .
• 
  Identify and resolve issues in data loads and provide
  post-migration support
  .
• 
  Mentor junior team members and drive best practices in data migration projects.

• 
  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 
  10+ years of experience in Data Migration / Data Conversion
  , with strong expertise in SAP projects.
• 
  Proven hands-on experience with
  SAP S/4HANA data migration
  tools and methodologies.
• 
  Strong knowledge of
  data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes
  .
• 
  Experience with legacy system data extraction and third-party ETL tools.
• 
  Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to lead workshops, coordinate with multiple teams, and deliver under tight deadlines.

• 
  SAP Certification in Data Migration, BODS, or S/4HANA.
• 
  Experience in
  Central Finance, Master Data Governance (MDG)
  .
• 
  Exposure to large global rollouts and multi-country migrations.
