This position owns strategy, readiness, and governance, while partnering with Transformation Management office and deployment teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Define the end‑to‑end data migration and cutover approach, including scope, sequencing, freezes, and staging vs post‑go‑live migration.
  • Establish cutover sequencing across SAP and integrated non‑SAP systems.
  • Align strategy with program milestones and PMO execution plans.
  • Define business and IT readiness criteria for data, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure data readiness across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end validation and reconciliation to support go‑live decisions.

Governance & Decision Leadership

  • Lead governance forums to drive leadership‑backed decisions on scope, timing, and risk trade‑offs related to data migration and cutover
  • Act as the single point of accountability for data and cutover‑related decisions
  • Clearly articulate impacts to customers, finance, and operations.

Risk & Preparation

  • Identify cross‑functional dependencies and long‑pole risks
  • Drive mitigation plans and embed business continuity planning into cutover sequencing.
  • Provide executive‑level visibility into readiness, risks, and go/no‑go recommendations.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Experience:

  • 12+ years in large ERP transformations, including SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven leadership of enterprise‑scale data migration and cutover
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a huge plus
  • Strong understanding of integrated SAP and non‑SAP landscapes
  • Experience working with PMO‑led delivery models
  • Excellent executive communication and risk‑based decision leadership
