Job Title: Senior Data Governance Architect

We are looking for a Senior Data Governance Architect to support the implementation of an enterprise-wide data strategy. You will work closely with the Data Manager to strengthen data governance, define data architecture, improve reporting, and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and implement data governance frameworks and standards.
• 
  Coordinate data governance initiatives and reporting projects.
• 
  Design and enhance data architecture, data lineage, and data modeling.
• 
  Define reporting strategies and prioritize reporting developments with IT.
• 
  Drive data analytics, reporting automation, and AI initiatives.
• 
  Promote data governance best practices and foster a data-driven culture.
• 
  Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 requirements.
• 
  Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to improve data quality and accessibility.

Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience in Data Governance, Data Architecture, and enterprise reporting.
• 
  Strong expertise with Power BI, SQL, ETL, data warehousing, and integrated reporting.
• 
  Experience with business process modeling (BPMN), IT transformation, and change management.
• 
  Knowledge of SAP ECC6/S4 HANA, Azure data platforms, and data catalog tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, DataGalaxy) is an advantage.
• 
  Project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

Contract Details:

• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Remote: Hybrid (minimum 3 days on-site per week)
• Role: Senior Data Governance Architect
• Duration: Approximately 2 years, with the possibility of extension.
