Beyond hands-on DBA responsibilities, you will translate business needs into actionable data engineering priorities and help ensure technical solutions support broader organizational objectives. You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders while guiding the team on database, reporting, and data management best practices. The position also places a strong emphasis on modern AI and automation, using emerging tools to improve database operations, testing, reliability, and software delivery.
