We also value exposure to AI-enabled solutions and broader data platform ecosystems, as well as experience developing reusable data engineering frameworks, standards, or shared services that enable scalability and consistency across an organization.
You will become part of a newly formed team with the unique opportunity to influence both the direction of the team and the way digital enablement is delivered across PPD. As a (Senior) Data Engineer, you will help shape data engineering practices across a global R&D organization while supporting scientific innovation and product development through impactful digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment where scientists, engineers, and digital specialists partner closely to solve complex challenges and accelerate innovation.
You will have the chance to expand your expertise across data engineering, digital implementation, AI, and scientific data platforms while working with a broad network of stakeholders across PPD. We foster a culture built on curiosity, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and continuous improvement, where new ideas are encouraged and expertise is actively developed. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by creating scalable and reusable solutions that strengthen data capabilities and benefit teams across the organization.
The Digital Enablement Team operates in an office-first hybrid setup.
