Senior Data Engineer (Azure | Databricks | Spark)

At GET (Gall & Etos Tech), we're building a cutting-edge, platform-driven data ecosystem—and we're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our innovative, interdisciplinary team.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and managing scalable data solutions. You'll be responsible for collecting, organizing, transforming, and delivering data in ways that empower business users and drive smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval across multiple sources
• Develop robust data models and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to deliver impactful data solutions
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for business stakeholders
• Continuously improve data architecture and introduce innovative solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Management
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apache Spark
  • Databricks
  • Azure Data Factory
• Proven experience building modern data platforms and pipelines
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
