Senior Data Engineer (Azure | Databricks | Spark)
Amsterdam, Netherlands | Start Date: May 8, 2026 | Contract: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join GET (Gall & Etos Tech)—a platform-driven, innovative organization delivering impactful data solutions.

In this role, you will focus on data management and engineering, ensuring data is efficiently stored, organized, and made accessible for business use. Your expertise will help transform raw data into meaningful insights for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Manage data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval from multiple sources
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineers & analysts) to deliver high-quality data solutions
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure data is structured and presented effectively for analytics and business consumption
• Contribute to innovation within a modern, platform-based data environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Management
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Apache Spark
  • Databricks
  • Azure Data Factory
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data architecture
• Experience working with large-scale, distributed data systems
