To be successful as a Senior Data Engineer - AVP, you should have:
Considerable experience in designing and building ETL/data pipelines using Scala for large-scale data processing
Practical expertise with AWS ecosystem (S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda, EC2, EKS, Jupyter, IAM ,CFT , PostgreSQL)
Proficiency in DevOps pipelines, Container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes on EKS) & JIRA
Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modeling, including performance tuning
Ample problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, and ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Other highly valued skills include:
Experience working with Quantexa product including entity resolution and network analytics workflows
Knowledge of AML / Financial Crime Surveillance domain and transaction monitoring systems
Good stakeholder engagement with compliance, investigation, and technology teams
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
