What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to support analytical and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis, ensuring high-quality data processing.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, and Amplitude to communicate insights effectively.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement solutions to enhance data integrity.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior data team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.
- Experience working in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
