We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a consultative mindset.
In this role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, translate requirements into technical solutions, and build reliable data products that enable better decisions. You'll have the autonomy to propose solutions, influence technical direction, and own initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and data products.
Develop and optimize complex SQL transformations for performance, scalability, and data quality.
Build and maintain dbt models that enable trusted and reusable data assets.
Own solutions end-to-end: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with global teams and contribute to data architecture, automation, and engineering best practices.
Leverage AI-enabled development tools to improve productivity, documentation, and delivery.
Must-Have
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
Advanced SQL skills.
Strong hands-on experience with dbt
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced English for collaboration in a global environment.
Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept to delivery.
Nice-to-Have
Python for automation, data processing, or pipelines.
Experience with Snowflake
Exposure to Data Products, Data Mesh, Data Governance, or modern analytics architectures.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar.
