Senior Data Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Consultant with a strong background in data integration and analytics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Fivetran, Snowflake, DBT, BigQuery, Spark, and GCP data services. This role involves designing and implementing data pipelines, optimizing data storage solutions, and ensuring data quality across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Fivetran and Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain data transformation workflows using DBT.
• Utilize BigQuery and Spark for data processing and analytics.
• Manage cloud storage solutions and GCP data services to ensure efficient data access and retrieval.
• Oversee pipeline orchestration to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in Snowflake is a deal breaker.
• Proficient in Fivetran for data integration.
• Strong experience with DBT for data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Spark.
• Familiarity with GCP data services and cloud storage solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful data projects in a consultancy environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
