Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Develop Python-based automation and data engineering solutions
• Work with Azure cloud services and modern data architecture
• Integrate APIs from multiple platforms and external systems
• Support OpenAI/AI-driven workflow implementations
• Handle data transformation, validation, cleansing, and optimization
• Collaborate with analytics, BI, and client delivery teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing processes
• Participate in client discussions and requirement gathering
• Independently manage assigned deliverables with minimal supervision
• Maintain documentation and technical standards
• Support dashboard and reporting data infrastructure

• Strong Python programming experience
• Experience with Azure ecosystem

Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with APIs and integrations
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON handling
• Understanding of cloud-based data engineering concepts

• Experience handling production support and debugging
• Python coding
AI & Automation Skills
• Exposure to OpenAI APIs or AI integrations
• Understanding of automation workflows
• Experience with prompt-based systems or AI integrations is a plus
Communication & Ownership
• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients
• Strong ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage timelines and priorities under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
• 4–8 years of relevant experience
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
• Experience in analytics consulting environments is a plus
• Exposure to Power BI, Domo, or reporting ecosystems is beneficial
• Experience with automation/RPA projects is a plus
