What are you going to do at Allianz?

• Directly engage with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team to develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Contribute to deploying solutions across the data stack, from backend data pipelines and modeling to frontend dashboards.
• Take ownership of solution quality, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Continuously learn new technical skills and support team success.
• Work closely with other teams within the Allianz Group.

What does Allianz need from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 
  Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Excellent SQL skills, with expertise in query optimization and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in database administration and familiarity with NoSQL engine types.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience in building data pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective data products.
• Self- motivated with a curious mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills, with an openness to sharing knowledge and feedback.
