에퀴닉스의 운영팀은 24/7 무중단 데이터센터 운영을 책임지는 핵심 조직으로, 글로벌 표준 기반의 운영 체계와 안전 문화를 기반으로 고객에게 최고의 서비스를 제공합니다.

본 포지션은 데이터센터의 전력 및 화재/안전 설비 전반을 담당하는 시니어 엔지니어 역할로, 단순 유지보수를 넘어 서비스 연속성(Uptime)을 직접 책임지는 핵심 역할입니다. 전기 및 소방 시스템에 대한 깊은 기술적 이해를 바탕으로 운영 안정성 확보, 장애 대응, 예방정비, Vendor 관리까지 전반적인 설비 운영을 담당하게 됩니다. 근무지는 경기도 고양시 향동지구에 위치한 에퀴닉스 데이터센터입니다.

[업무내용]

1. Power & Critical Infrastructure 운영

• UPS, Generator, Switchgear, STS, PDU 등 전력 시스템 운영 및 유지보수

• 고압/저압(HT/LT) 전력 계통 안정성 유지 및 리스크 관리

• BMS/SCADA 기반 설비 모니터링 및 이상 징후 분석

• 데이터센터 전력 아키텍처(이중화 구조 등) 이해 및 운영

2. Fire & Life Safety 시스템 운영

• Fire Alarm, VESDA, Sprinkler, Gas Suppression 시스템 관리

• 화재 및 안전 Incident 발생 시 초기 대응 및 escalation 리드

• 소방 설비 점검, 테스트 및 예방 유지보수 수행

• 관련 법규 및 인증 기준(FM, NFPA 등) 준수

3. Facility Operations, Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• 전력 및 설비 장애 발생 시 신속한 대응을 통해 서비스 영향 최소화

• 장애 원인 분석(Root Cause Analysis) 및 재발 방지 대책 수립

• SOP / EOP 기반 운영 절차 준수 및 개선 활동 수행

• 예방정비(PPM) 계획 수립 및 정기 점검 (Load Test, IR Scan, Electrical Inspection 등) 수행

• 설비 운영 데이터 기반의 예측 정비 및 성능 최적화 추진

4. Vendor Coordination & Project Support

• 협력업체 관리 및 유지보수/시공 작업 품질 및 일정 관리

• MOP(Method of Procedure) 검토 및 작업 승인

• 설비 증설, 교체 및 개선 프로젝트 수행 시 기술 지원 및 협업

5. Compliance & Operational Standards

• EHS 및 글로벌 운영 기준에 따른 설비 운영 및 유지관리

• 전력 및 설비 작업에 대한 절차 준수 및 운영 리스크 관리

• 현장 내 안전하고 안정적인 운영 환경 유지 및 팀 내 모범 사례 확산

[자격요건]

• 전기, 설비 관련 전공 학사 이상

• Critical Facility 또는 유사 산업(데이터센터, 발전소, 플랜트 등) 경력 6년 이상

• UPS, Generator, Switchgear 등 전력 시스템 운영 경험

• Fire Protection / Life Safety 시스템 이해 및 운영 경험

• Incident 대응 및 문제 해결 경험 (RCA 수행 경험 필수)

• 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능

[우대사항]

• 전기기사, 전기공사기사, 소방설비기사 자격증

• 데이터센터 또는 Mission Critical 환경 경험

• EHS 및 Compliance 관련 경험
