The Team

As a new member of our delivery team, your responsibilities involve design and development of varieties of data processing solutions. The team provides the technical backbone needed for a data-driven and personalised customer experience. The role

As a Senior Data Architect you will work in multidisciplinary client teams. You will work in a client-facing role and work in close collaboration with our clients' business and technical stakeholders, as well as your consultant colleagues from Avaus. You will use your passion to capture and understand the requirements of complex data solutions to challenge the client. Effectiveness in a collaborative environment and valuing teamwork is one of the keys to this role.

We're looking for a person with a passion for how to use technology and data to create business results. You understand the need for and importance of continuous delivery and what's required. You have to prioritise elegance and simplicity when writing code. People describe you as a team-player and you have the ability to create valuable relationships. You have a strong sense of ownership and want to be part of our journey! Beside your personality, we would also like you to have

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field

• Experience in writing proposals and reviewing architectural deliverables throughout the development process to ensure quality, security and traceability in line with the enterprise data strategy

• Experience as architect and engineering lead in Data & Analytics stream

• Experience in development of data pipelines (ETL, ELT) for batch & streaming data

• Experience with database technologies such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hadoop, Snowflake

• Experience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure & Amazon Web Services

• Knowledge in data integration (ETL) tools including Cloud Data Fusion, Dataflow, and Dataproc. Ingestion mechanism like Flume & Kafka

• Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. Python, Java, R

• Knowledge in designing & implementing cloud infrastructure & containerized applications

• Fluent in Swedish, as our customers require us to communicate in Swedish

• Fluent in English

Practical information

This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Renstiernas gata 12. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace and you will report to our Head of Delivery in Sweden.
