Delivers operational system administration and user support across Talent systems to ensure Talent and Performance platforms are maintained effectively and operate reliably. The role focuses on the day-to-day operation of Talent systems, including system support, configuration and testing, user assistance, BAU system and reporting activities, and process enhancements.

About you
You are an experienced HR Talent Systems Administrator looking to make a difference at Transport for NSW.
You will have previous HRIS systems experience (SuccessFactors desirable, but not essential). You will have strong technical knowledge of HR systems and how system administration is delivered to support core HR business processes. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
