What you will do:
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI, automation, and data-driven solutions that improve business processes and customer experience. They will work hands-on with Generative AI, machine learning models, data pipelines, and automation tools to create scalable, production-ready solutions. The role involves designing end-to-end automations, building AI-powered applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks, and developing data solutions that generate actionable insights and support business growth. Working closely with business teams, the candidate will identify high-impact opportunities, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure that developed tools are practical, maintainable, and widely adopted across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Automation & Process Innovation
Design end-to-end automations integrating AI, data and business applications
Develop solutions using tools like chatbots, APIs and python code to automate business processes
Gen AI & Machine Learning
Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions
Work with LLMs, prompt engineering and modern AI frameworks
Develop ML models to optimize and automate business processes
Data & Analytics Engineering
Build end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using multiple data sources
Deliver actionable insights and tools to improve operational efficiency
Develop data-driven applications for the B2C segment
Collaboration & Impact
Work directly with business teams to identify high-impact use cases with no intermediaries
Translate real-world problems into scalable technical solutions
Ensure solutions are usable, maintainable and adopted

What are we looking for
More than 5 years of experience in Data, AI, Automation or Software Engineering
Degree or master's on technological areas such as: Electrical and computer engineering, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Computer engineering, Data Science other degrees relevant to the role.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Experience with data platforms (Azure, Databricks)
Experience with APIs (Development and execution)
Solid understanding of data pipelines and analytics
Experience working in an Agile development team
Interest or experience in Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering)
Nice to have:
Low Code RPA tools (e.g. UiPath)
