Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and hands‑on Senior Manager on Analytics Transformation & Automation Enablement to lead our journey toward next‑generation, AI‑driven analytics. This leader will be instrumental in evolving traditional analytics operations into an intelligent, automated, and high‑performing capability. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to enhance performance, reduce manual effort, and accelerate data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Next‑Generation Analytics Transformation

    • Drive the adoption of emerging AI and generative AI technologies (e.g., copilots, LLMs, and automation frameworks) to modernize analytics workflows and boost team productivity.
    • Lead pilot programs and rollouts of automated analytics solutions — spanning smart data preparation, model‑assisted analysis, and automated storytelling and reporting.
    • Develop best practices for prompt design, workflow automation, and applied AI in analytics; equip the team with the know‑how to embrace new technologies and sustain continuous transformation.
    • Create enablement assets such as knowledge hubs, reusable templates, and internal learning modules to strengthen readiness for next‑generation analytics.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Uplift

    • Lead and mentor a high‑performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and performance excellence.
    • Champion a mindset of experimentation, automation, and smart efficiency to transition from conventional analytics operations to AI‑enhanced excellence.
    • Partner with senior leadership to define and implement a practical roadmap for analytics enablement and transformation.
  • Operational Excellence & Governance

    • Establish pragmatic governance and data management frameworks that ensure data quality, transparency, and responsible AI adoption.
    • Streamline and automate analytical workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve both delivery speed and reliability.
    • Oversee continuous optimization of data pipelines to ensure scalability, quality, and rapid insight generation.
    • Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams to embed intelligent data flows and reusable analytical assets into operations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Tooling

    • Partner with business teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify and deliver automation and AI‑assisted analytics opportunities that improve decision velocity and accuracy.
    • Evaluate, integrate, and scale cutting‑edge analytics platforms, copilots, and AI/ML tools that enhance analytical efficiency and self‑service capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant data analytics experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory and/or managerial role;
  • Proven record of leading analytics transformation—from traditional reporting to automated, AI‑enabled operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with practical experience in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud) and ETL/ELT orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Matillion, Fivetran, or equivalent).
  • Hands‑on experience applying AI copilots and LLM‑based tools to analytics workflows (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, enterprise chatbots, LLM agents), with understanding of LLMOps/MLOps practices for production deployment.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and responsible AI principles.
  • Effective at influencing standards and practices across; skilled at coordinating with technical/business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills; able to promote and support self‑service analytics across teams.
