But you own the truth — your real edge is the judgment to validate AI output, catch hallucinations, verify the numbers, and ground every recommendation in the actual data. This role is built for someone who leads the AI, not someone the AI replaces.

How you'll make an impact

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who operates as a true business partner — someone who turns data into strategy, helps teams make better product and growth decisions, and builds an analytics practice that is AI-enabled by default. You will work across the full product lifecycle: discovery, launch, growth, optimization, and quality monitoring.

What you'll do

• Own product analytics end-to-end — the full loop from instrumentation and metric definition to analysis, insight, recommendation, and impact tracking; build dashboards that explain drivers, isolate segments, and surface anomalies — not just track headline numbers.
• Be a strategic partner to the business — work with Sales & Acquisition, Product, Marketing, and business leaders across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and profitability; turn ambiguous questions into structured problems, hypotheses, and decision frameworks; define what success means and how to measure it.
• Find and quantify growth — use segmentation, cohort, and funnel analysis to size opportunities and recommend concrete levers (product changes, targeting, pricing/offer strategy, lifecycle messaging) with expected impact.
• Design and evaluate experiments — run A/B and other tests to validate hypotheses and turn learnings into repeatable playbooks.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science — keep pipelines, event tracking, and data definitions robust, consistent, and scalable; improve experimentation infrastructure so insights ship faster and with higher confidence.
• Protect quality proactively — detect performance shifts, data-quality issues, funnel breaks, and cohort degradation early, find the root cause, and drive structured follow-ups to resolve them.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a data analyst, with a track record of turning analysis into decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Strong SQL, and hands-on experience with analysis tools (Excel, Python, or R).
• Experience with a data-visualization tool (Power BI, Looker / Google Data Studio, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
• Solid data modelling, segmentation, and experimentation skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Hands-on use of AI/GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in real analytics work — to accelerate analysis, draft SQL or code, synthesize insights, or automate repetitive tasks. [Non-negotiable]
• Strong judgment to validate AI output — catching errors and hallucinations, verifying numbers, and grounding recommendations in the actual data.
• Knowledge of credit or lending products is a plus.
• Fluent Vietnamese and working English.

AI Fusion expectations (mandatory)

This is an AI Fusion Level 2 (Builder) role. We expect you to:

• Use AI/GenAI tools daily to accelerate analysis, generate diagnostic hypotheses, and explain root causes from large, complex datasets.
• Build reusable AI-assisted workflows for data cleaning, documentation, reporting, and quality checks — not one-off prompts.
• Use AI to brainstorm growth ideas and experiment variants grounded in real behavioral patterns, and to synthesize market and competitor signals.
