Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 base salary

RealSelf is looking for a Sr.Data Analyst with the analytical acumen to elevate our data quality and empower our teams with intuitive reporting and insights.

This role goes beyond reporting. Partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Provider Sales, you will help modernize our data infrastructure, drive efficiencies, inform business decisions, challenge assumptions, and ensure our entire organization operates from a shared, reliable source of truth.

You’ll delve into our data to answer crucial questions about how consumers use RealSelf to discover and book aesthetic treatments, what really drives provider engagement and value, and how all our brand touchpoints influence consumer behavior and provider results.
