As a Senior Data Analyst on our People Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBP) and associated functions to define, implement, and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards. In this role, you will lead people data quality initiatives, manage data lineage, and establish catalogs and metric dictionaries to ensure our people data is accurate, consistent, and securely accessible. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will use cutting-edge data analysis tools (such as Domo, Power BI, and Tableau) and data governance tools (such as Collibra, Informatica, and Atlan) to improve data quality and drive strategic decision-making. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce people data quality standards for accuracy, completeness, validity, and consistency
  • Establish and maintain data catalogs, data dictionaries, and metric dictionaries to manage data lineage across systems
  • Define, implement, and govern dashboard and reporting standards to ensure consistency across the Business Intelligence (BI) environment
  • Implement tools and processes for monitoring and auditing data quality, ensuring robust validation checks
  • Establish and review policies, procedures, and permissions to govern people data access and usage, keeping the BI environment clean and automated
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of people data governance tools and platforms (such as Collibra, Informatica, or Atlan)
  • Translate enterprise governance standards into actionable procedures, guidelines, and workflows
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate data tasks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging trends, including AI-enabled governance and data analytics solutions, to inform solution design and strategic innovation
  • Collaborate with internal teams, business leaders, and enterprise governance teams to ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and enterprise policies
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or data governance roles
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing data quality standards, data catalogs, or metric dictionaries
  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or Atlan
  • 1+ years of experience using digital productivity or automated data tools to optimize workflows and automate data quality tasks

Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience working with HR or People Analytics data (e.g., partnering with People Business Partners and associated HR functions)
  • Solid knowledge of data protection laws and compliance standards governing employee/people data
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate complex data governance concepts for business leaders and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven proactive approach to problem-solving, high detail orientation, and ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
