We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Bolt Food’s Merchant Strategy & Planning team in Tallinn. In this role, you will lead high-impact analytics work across commercial performance, marketplace dynamics, pricing, sales forecasting, operations, and strategic decision-making.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operations teams, helping them move beyond reporting into structured, decision-ready analysis and complex commercial models. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical ability with commercial judgement, advanced modelling capability, stakeholder influence, and the autonomy to drive the analytical agenda proactively.

• <point>Lead cross-functional analytics projects across pricing, marketplace efficiency, sales performance, account management, enterprise, operations, and commercial strategy.</point>
• <point>Build complex pricing, forecasting, and commercial models that support business decisions, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, prioritisation, and performance forecasting.</point>
• <point>Translate ambiguous commercial problems into structured analytical frameworks, clear recommendations, and measurable business actions.</point>
• <point>Design, improve, and scale dashboards, reporting layers, metric definitions, and self-serve analytics tools for commercial and operations stakeholders.</point>
• <point>Lead or co-lead experiments, including hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, interpretation, and recommendation.</point>
• <point>Partner with and influence senior stakeholders by raising the quality of analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making.</point>

• <point>You are a senior analytical thinker who can independently shape ambiguous business problems into structured, decision-ready analysis.</point>
• <point>You have excellent SQL skills and can work confidently with complex datasets, data quality issues, metric definitions, and analytical logic.</point>
• <point>You have strong experience with statistics, A/B testing, experiment design, causal analysis, and performance measurement.</point>
• <point>You have strong modelling skills and can build pricing, sales forecasting, scenario planning, or commercial models that are actively used by business teams to make decisions.</point>
• <point>You have hands-on experience with BI and data visualisation tools, preferably Looker, and can build dashboards that enable self-serve analytics.</point>
• <point>You have experience with data modelling using dbt or similar tools, and can help improve reporting layers, metric definitions, and analytical foundations.</point>
• <point>You are highly autonomous and confident, influencing senior stakeholders while communicating complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.</point>
