Siemens Healthineers India is looking for Data Analyst for its Invivo Business for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan)

Collects, processes, and analyzes data to help make informed business decisions. Identifies trends, creates reports and dashboards, and translates data into actionable insights. Has strong knowledge of underlying systems, processes and platforms. Is able to convert data into meaningful information.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Gathers, cleans, and validates data from multiple sources
•Analyzes large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities
•Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data tools
•Interprets data and present findings to management and business to enable business decisions
•Automates monthly and quarterly dashboards and Management Information systems
•Works with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
•Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Looks at improvement opportunities and trends in key areas to support business goals
• Analyses and identifies discrepancies in data flow. Helps to set right underlying processes or platforms
• Understands business processes and business models and thereby makes the reports and identifies exceptions
• Prepares dataset for internal reviews 
• Support in implementing process improvements, regional / Global projects & initiatives and new business tools across the Zone
• Effective collaboration with peers and stakeholders and strict adherence to deadlines/deliverables, while balancing the need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work
• Take up strategic projects as per business priorities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
