We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Dublin. In this role, you’ll go beyond analysis—you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, lead complex data initiatives, and transform insights into strategic decisions that shape the future of the business.

In this role you will
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, translate challenges into analytical frameworks, and lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact analytics projects
Act as a trusted analytics expert on cross-functional initiatives, providing both strategic direction and hands-on expertise
Analyse complex datasets (structured and unstructured) to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights using advanced analytical techniques
Validate methodologies and outputs to ensure robustness and accuracy across the team’s work
Bring data to life through compelling visualisations and presentations, enabling stakeholders to take confident, informed action
Own and optimise recurring reporting and analytics processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Mentor and coach analysts, contributing to the growth and development of the wider analytics community
Represent analytics internally and externally, sharing knowledge and best practices through forums, events, and seminars
What it takes
Proven experience in a senior or lead analytics role, delivering complex data projects with tangible business impact
Strong ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and influence decision-making at senior levels
Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with large, complex data sets and ensuring data quality and integrity
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor others, fostering collaboration and excellence
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse audiences
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in analytics

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
