Your value isn’t writing SQL. It’s framing the right question, directing agents toward the answer, validating what comes back, and surfacing the deep insights the auto-pipeline cannot find on its own. You work across Kompato, Sophia VPBank, EVO, and eKYC.

What You'll Do

• Steer AI agents toward business outcomes. Frame the question, decompose it into the right sub-questions, direct the agent through iteration, validate at every step. Deliver in days what used to take weeks.
• Surface the deep insights agents miss — second-order patterns, cross-product effects, counterintuitive findings the auto-pipeline cannot generate.
• Catch what AI gets wrong: selection bias, confirmation bias, definition drift, weighting errors, period-parity issues. Catch it before it reaches stakeholders.
• Verify with SQL and Python. Read a 100-line query fast enough to spot a wrong JOIN.
• Write one-page memos that open with the answer, defend the methodology, name what would change the conclusion. Calibrate framing for Ops, Compliance, CEO.

• Define analytics strategy: propensity models, call strategy, segment definitions, cohort design.

What We're Looking For

• Question framing. You decompose ambiguous business questions into answerable analytical ones and prioritize ruthlessly.
• AI-as-leverage instinct. You see AI agents as a force multiplier you steer, not a tool you replace. You move 5x faster with them than without.
• Bias detection as reflex. You can name a time you rejected your own analysis on methodological grounds.
• Technical fluency for verification. Strong SQL; Python proficient enough to validate and sanity-check. You don’t need to be a data engineer — you need to be unfoolable.
• Executive communication. You write memos executives forward. You hedge appropriately; you don’t overclaim.
• Industry experience in banking, fintech, debt collection, lending, or retail BI — strongly preferred. Experience operating in an AI-augmented analytics environment is a strong plus.
