Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior DataAnalyst to work with complex datasets and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.
In this role, you will analyze, transform, and interpret datafrom multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency while contributing to reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven strategies. You will also play a key role in guiding junior team members and supporting dataimplementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Collect, clean, validate, and transform datato ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Map and standardize datainto structured schemas, aligning key dataelements
  • Develop datasets and reports using internal tools and dataplatforms
  • Perform datavalidation, audits, and quality checks
  • Support reporting needs by creating specifications based on business requirements
  • Interpret results and provide recommendations to support decision-making
  • Document dataprocesses, transformation logic, and methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges
  • Lead and coordinate datadeliverables while guiding junior team members
  • Ensure adherence to datagovernance, compliance, and organizational policies
  • Support ongoing improvements in dataprocesses and analytics practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in dataanalysis or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying
  • Experience with datatransformation, validation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with datavisualization tools and reporting techniques
  • Solid understanding of datastructures, logic, and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and dataaccuracy
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and deliver within timelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical data
  • Exposure to enterprise datasystems or large datasets
  • Knowledge of datagovernance and compliance standards
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior analysts
