Building on €1.000.000 pre-seed investment from our investors in the Netherlands, Germany, and Turkiye, we continue on our mission to build a world-class team to create the most successful startup Europe has seen in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for new team members to help us achieve our ambition in the global scene.
Interested in joining a dynamic team comprised of people who back-packed in South-America for months, or played music on stage to tens of thousands of people, or travelled through African landscape only to end up getting stranded in a forest after a heavy rain? This might be an opportunity not to miss (for those who dare).
Rototip.com is Europe's fastest-growing sourcing platform for manufacturing, and we're hiring a Senior Data Analyst ready to thrive in a fast-paced, data-rich global marketplace.
If you get excited by messy, high-dimensional datasets, love finding the signal in noisy pricing and demand data, and want to see your models directly shape business decisions across 20+ countries — you're going to like what you read below.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Global Sales Director, Head of Product, Chief Technical Officer, senior designers, and senior software engineers. Your work will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, product development, and technical execution. Your colleagues have a diverse educational and professional background ranging from a political scientist to an astronomer, from a sociologist to an engineer. As long as you are ready to take on this challenge, we welcome people from all walks of life.
Qualifications
Must-have:
Near-native English proficiency, written and spoken — you'll be working with global stakeholders daily.
Strong foundation in statistics, econometrics, or quantitative methods.
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
Comfortable working with large, messy, real-world datasets and turning them into actionable insights.
Strong affinity for AI tools such as Claude and Gemini, and genuine interest in using them to solve complex commercial problems.
High energy and a "can-do" spirit in a high-pressure startup environment.
Comfortable collaborating with a diverse team of varied academic and professional backgrounds.
Nice-to-have:
Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, econometrics, data science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B platform environment.
Familiarity with pricing models, demand forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
Knowledge of international logistics or global supply chain fundamentals.
Curiosity about or interest in manufacturing technologies and how physical goods are made.
Experience living or working abroad in a multicultural environment.
Build and maintain pricing models that account for regional demand, supplier behavior, and market dynamics across 20+ countries.
Analyze large transactional datasets to uncover patterns in customer behavior, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools that give the CEO, Sales, and Product teams real-time visibility into key business metrics.
Collaborate with the Head of Product and engineering team to embed data-driven logic into Rototip's core platform.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize pricing, conversion, and customer experience.
Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and opportunities in our operational and commercial data.
Support the Global Sales Director with market sizing, competitive analysis, and regional performance insights.
Develop familiarity with manufacturing processes, tolerances, and material data to better contextualize pricing and demand signals.
Work alongside technical sales and engineering teams to understand how manufacturing complexity translates into cost and lead time variability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal data infrastructure and tooling.
Attend cross-functional team meetings and translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
What’s in it for you?
Direct exposure to C-level decision-making — your analysis will land on the CEO's desk, not in a reporting black hole.
A uniquely rich and complex dataset spanning 20+ countries, multiple manufacturing technologies, and thousands of transactions.
Opportunity to work from home.
20 days per year paid leave.
Career coach for women employees.
A challenging, entrepreneurial environment where your growth is limited only by your ambition.
The chance to work with a small founding team and see the direct impact of your work on business results.
Although we’re looking for someone who has all the qualifications listed above, we would still like to advise you to apply even if you miss one of more qualifying skills. In this case, please advise in your application how you’re planning to improve on those areas or how else you could help Rototip.
