Job Title:

Sales Operations Analytics Manager


About the Role:

Uber’s Grocery and Retail business is rapidly expanding, transforming how consumers access everyday essentials. As a
Sales Operations Analytics Manager

, you will work at the intersection of
data, strategy, and execution

, enabling sales leadership with insights to improve performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain
dashboards, reports, and analytical models

to track sales performance and identify trends across merchant acquisition, retention, and regional growth
• Analyze sales data and market trends to provide
strategic insights and recommendations

for revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Support
sales forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting

using historical data and statistical models
• Work with
data engineering and BI teams

to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable analytics solutions
• Utilize
SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

to extract, transform, and present business insights
• Analyze
sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency

to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity
• Conduct
ad-hoc analyses

to answer critical business questions and support strategic decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:


5+ years of experience

in Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Experience in
Grocery, Retail, E-commerce, or Q-commerce industries

is highly preferred
• Proven ability to
translate complex data into clear insights

and present them to senior leadership

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in
SQL

for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with
data visualization tools

such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Analytical programming experience in
Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R

for advanced analysis and modeling
• Experience with
CRM systems such as Salesforce

and understanding of sales data structures

• Excellent
problem-solving abilities

with a data-driven approach
• Strong
communication and presentation skills

to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to
collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field


Master’s degree or MBA

from a top-tier institution is a plus
