About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our Advisory practice, you will be at the heart of our client mission, responsible for delivering key components of our most complex cybersecurity engagements. You will be a cornerstone of our project teams, managing timelines, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that all deliverables meet our standards of excellence.

This role is a critical part of our delivery engine, offering a unique opportunity to work on large-scale advisory projects while honing your expertise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be instrumental in managing programmes, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring our clients are delighted with the outcomes.

What you will do:

• Lead Delivery & Execution: Deliver key components of advisory engagements, manage project workstreams, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
• Drive Programme Management: Define objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets; produce status reports and escalate potential delays or budget overruns in advance.
• Architect Pre-Sales Solutions: Build proposals, effort estimations, and solution engineering for large, complex cyber transformation engagements.
• Support Business Development: Work alongside Directors and Partners to create content for client workshops, Points of View (PoV), and other client-facing materials.
• Master Project Management: Track project budget vs. plan, manage subcontractors, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, and ensure financial accuracy in invoicing.
• Develop the Practice: Contribute to internal delivery materials and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

What you bring:

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• Deep Cyber Expertise: Direct experience in the delivery of complex cyber projects is essential.
• Resilience & Autonomy: You are a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and possesses deepening expertise in at least one technical or solution area.
• Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in two or more areas such as: Cybersecurity Transformation, Security Architecture, Supply Chain Risk, Cloud Security, OT Security, or Cyber Defense.
• Cross-Industry Perspective: Experience delivering advisory projects across multiple cyber domains and industries.
• Senior Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work credibly with CISOs and CIOs.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to lead distributed teams.

• Prior experience supporting US-based clients and understanding North American business culture.
