SolarEdge is seeking an experienced Regulatory & Compliance Specialist to join the GRC Security Team. Reporting to the GRC Security Lead, this role will be responsible for translating regulatory, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements into practical security controls across SolarEdge's product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze emerging cybersecurity regulations and standards impacting SolarEdge products.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable security controls.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Cloud, and IoT teams to implement security-by-design practices.
• Conduct compliance assessments and risk evaluations across software, hardware, cloud, and connected product environments.
• Define, document, validate, and test security controls.
• Identify compliance gaps and drive remediation activities.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare compliance evidence.
• Maintain compliance dashboards and provide leadership updates.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to achieve compliance objectives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, Regulatory Compliance, Information Security, Risk Management, or Audit.

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, security controls, and audit processes.

• Experience with Software, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, IoT, or Embedded products.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, IEC 62443, CRA, NIS2, and related standards.

• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product security and Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/implementer.

• Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, energy, or IoT compliance programs.
