As a Senior Customer Support Mgt. Professional at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the customer support activities for a set of defence customers within Honeywell Aerospace. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your role will involve the full lifecycle from proposal support up to obsolescence management for our customers. Working within a global team you will be implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and optimizing business result. By effectively supporting our customers, you will contribute to customer loyalty, retention, and business growth within our Aerospace company.

You will report directly to our Customer & Product Support Director working within our Defense and Space International team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the customer support team within the Aerospace Technologies business unit to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction in the aerospace industry
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures specific to the aerospace industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Aerospace Technologies business unit to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience in the aerospace industry
• Analyze customer support metrics and KPIs specific to the aerospace industry to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Manage and optimize customer support resources within the Aerospace Technologies business unit to meet business objectives in the aerospace industry

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of proven experience in customer support management or a similar role within the aerospace industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Mastery of knowledge in a specific area, or senior leadership position with a thorough understanding of multiple workstreams within the aerospace industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders within the aerospace industry
• Experience in implementing customer support technologies and tools within the aerospace industry
